Would You Die if you Drink Toilet Water? 4 Things to do after drinking Toilet Water

by Promise O.

Someone asked yesterday saying “would you die if you drink toilet water? Honestly, I’ve received so many questions regarding toilet water, which proves that people are indeed having difficulties with toilet water.

In my last article about toilet water, I discussed the dangers of drinking toilet water and whether you will get sick from toilet water. I warned our blog readers to try as much as possible to avoid anything that will make toilet water enter their mouth stomach.

However, the question now is, would you die if you drink toilet water?

You will not die if you drink toilet water, but you may get sick from drinking toilet water, resulting in death if not adequately treated. Toilet infections and water disease is not something we should joke about. Therefore, it’s important to avoid anything that will take toilet water inside your mouth to be on the safer side.

Why in God’s name should you drink toilet water? My friend once told me that there was a day she was washing her toilet while talking to her kid, and suddenly there was a splash which resulted in some toilet water inside her mouth, which she rinsed immediately.

Her story is different from someone that just took toilet water to drink. Why would you do that? Note that toilet water is different from toilet tap water and toilet sink water.

Toilet water is the water that remains inside your toilet before and after you urinate or poop. So, why should you drink such water? Is there no other tap water in the house you can drink?

Nevertheless, in a situation whereby someone forced your face inside a toilet bowl and make you drink the toilet water, that is also a different story. In this case, you need to see a physician. If we can feel irritated anytime toilet water splashes on our skin, drinking such water is not a good option.

What to do if you Drink Toilet Water

  • The first thing you need to do is to rinse your mouth properly with clean water.
  • The second thing you need to do is to see a physician. Don’t relax at home.
  • If the physician prescribed some drugs for you, endeavor to drink them.
  • The last thing you need to do is to make sure toilet water never enters your mouth again. Do not repeat such a mistake.

Conclusion

Toilet water is not meant to be consumed; however, drinking or allowing such water inside your mouth and stomach means that you are calling sickness, and if you don’t take care of the illness, it may result in death. Let’s always do the right thing and stay away from toilet water.
